Do I have to commit to a retainer or long engagement?
No. The audit is a standalone deliverable from £1,000. You receive a written action plan and decide what to do next: run it yourself, book a optimisation program for the highest-impact items, or stop there. The sprint is offered, never pushed.
Which sectors do you usually work with?
Warehousing and logistics, trade and field services, and aesthetic and wellness practices. The Lean toolkit is sector-agnostic, but the operational reality of these three is what I know best after over two decades on the floor. Where are you based, and do you travel?
Market Weighton, Yorkshire. I work UK-wide and on-site attendance is the default for process audits - that is how Lean and Six Sigma work properly. Travel within Yorkshire is included in the base fee; further afield is quoted transparently upfront with travel and overnight costs itemised separately.
