Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026. These Terms & Conditions explain the basis on which this website is provided and how NexOps handles enquiries, service discussions and general use of this site.
1. Benchmark application
Your account and the operational data you enter remain private to your organisation; you are responsible for the accuracy of the data. Benchmark results, recovery estimates and reports are analytical guidance based on your data and published industry standards — they are not financial, legal or professional advice and do not guarantee outcomes. Access is sold as a one-time Single Audit Pass or as a subscription; prices shown are a guide and may change with notice. Accounts used in breach of these terms may be suspended or terminated. You may close your account at any time; data is then removed in line with the Privacy Policy.
2. Pricing and estimates
Any pricing shown is a guide to starting points only unless clearly stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary with scope and complexity. A binding quote only exists once confirmed directly in writing.
3. No guaranteed outcomes
We aim for careful, practical, high-quality work, but no website, system, workflow change or diagnostic can honestly guarantee a specific commercial outcome. Examples and published results are examples of prior work, not promises of identical future results.
4. Client responsibility
For paid work, the client remains responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing and approving deliverables, making timely decisions, ensuring lawful use, and maintaining appropriate internal controls and backups unless otherwise agreed.
5. Third-party tools
Services may involve third-party platforms (analytics, email, scheduling, hosting, payment, infrastructure). NexOps is not responsible for their independent terms, outages, policy or pricing changes, or interruptions.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content, branding, structure, copy and materials on this website are the property of NexOps or used with permission. You may not copy, republish, distribute or commercially reuse site content without prior written permission. Client-specific deliverables are governed by the ownership terms agreed for that project.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website unlawfully, to send false or harmful enquiries, to attempt unauthorised access, to introduce malicious code or scraping, or to interfere with the operation or security of the site.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexOps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including loss of revenue, profit, opportunity, data or reputation) arising from use of this website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Privacy and cookies
Use of this website is also subject to the site’s Privacy Policy and any cookie controls made available through the site.
