On-site attendance is standard for process audits.
Lean and Six Sigma work relies on observing actual workflows on the floor, shadowing your team, and finding the hidden friction. That cannot be replicated over a video call. My physical presence is how I ensure the work meets the standard I am willing to put my name on.
Web development and AI system builds can be delivered remotely.
This is viable provided your requirements are precise and your underlying processes are already stable.
I travel across the entire UK from my base in Market Weighton.
Travel within Yorkshire is included in the base fee. For engagements further afield, travel and overnight costs are quoted transparently upfront - no surprises on your invoice.
